In my talk, I'm going to prove to you that people with disabilities are ASSETS not liabilities. In fact, hiring people with disabilities can bring superpowers to your firm, because we see the world from a different perspective. We make up 25% of the United States adult population, so we're probably a significant, if somewhat invisible, percentage of your target market.
