Decisions that Entrepreneurs Should Make…But Often Don’t
This session is targeted at Entrepreneurs who are considering launching a startup and entrepreneurs who have already launched startups and are searching for ideas on how they might improve their odds of succeeding.
We will explore issues that discourage entrepreneurs from making the big decisions around goal setting, strategy, prioritization and resource and capability development. Then a framework for decision making process is presented that will incorporate the entrepreneurs’ personal goals along with the enterprise goals, strategies and execution plans of the startup. The framework can be used by any startup to discover what decisions must be made and when they need to be made in the startup journey. Attendees will walk away with an understanding of how this framework can be used in their startups.
