Develop a Business Plan with Purpose & Durability

Adapted for brevity from the Larimer Small Business Development Center course.  (Two 50-minute sessions instead of two 3-hour sessions so expect a high-level overview absent most of the exercises in the SBDC course)

Day 2:  Creating the Business that You have Defined 

Session Two Objectives:  

- Review and discuss a traditional business plan template
- Develop basic understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statements 
- Discussion of assumptions and developing financial projections
- Review and discuss value proposition, target market, marketing strategies and tactics
