The number of individuals reporting mental health issues continues to climb, with younger generations voluntarily leaving jobs at much higher rates than previous generations due to its negative impact.

What if the increasing levels of "mental illness" was actually an appropriate & reasonable response to a “sick” society? What if the large percentage of humans experiencing anxiety and depression is a warning sign that our personal, family, education, business, health and political structures are not aligned with our current capacity for the human condition?

How could we then respond, individually and collectively, to reinvent these internal and external paradigms to move us forward toward a “mentally fit, well-adjusted” society and self? How can we mindfully re-structure and expand our cognitive capacities in pace with change from technological innovation?

Join this panel for a conversation exploring what it means to be a mentally fit human; family; workplace; city... now and coming centuries. We will specifically discus immediate actions to steward well-being for ourselves and those around us in the workplace.

Leave with concrete ideas and conversation starters to contribute to creating a mentally agile society, workplace and self, positioned for breakthrough performance and emergent leadership.
