Adapted for brevity from the Larimer Small Business Development Center course.  (Two 50-minute sessions instead of two 3-hour sessions so expect a high-level overview absent most of the exercises in the SBDC course)

Day 1:  Defining the Business You are Creating 

Session One Objectives: 

- Connect with one another & understand individual objectives for this session
- Review the Business Model Canvas layout and work through an example canvas
- Understand and develop Mission, Vision, Values & Purpose for your business
- Review and discuss operational, capital, marketing & other requirements
