Cindy Skalicky is a Certified Instructor of Rockies Venture Club (RVC) content and the Owner of On Point Communications, LLC, a boutique messaging firm in Colorado. She provides expert public speaking coaching and brand consulting to individuals and teams who seek to master their message. 

In 2016, Cindy developed what has become a proven model for securing investment and key partnerships - “Investor Pitch as Story.” This approach to preparing pitch decks has helped clients get millions in investment dollars and secure key partnerships to move their ventures forward. The model has been presented to at-capacity workshops at CSU, CU Boulder, UNC, NREL, RVC, Innosphere, and many area accelerators. Comments often come from the audience: “This is amazing;” “It makes so much sense;” “That was exceptional.” 
At the invitation of RVC’s executive team, Cindy become a certified RVC trainer in 2018. RVC is the oldest, longest running angel investing group in the U.S. and the 6th largest angel group in the country. 
With experience at global advertising and PR agencies and an advanced degree in Rhetoric from the University of Georgia, Cindy is intensely passionate about helping clients "Nail" their messages and present them with mastery. She provides presentation skills workshops and coaches on pitch decks, TED talks, storytelling, presentation presence, brand messaging, PR strategy and more. Originally from Chicago and a lifelong Cubs fan, Cindy has lived in Fort Collins since 2007 where she and her husband are currently raising 4 school-aged children. In her spare time, she travels, keeps her French polished, critiques movies and books, and helps her husband with their tech startup.
